Life can be hard. Especially when it comes to your dreams. Sometimes fear takes us over and we simply cannot take those first vital steps to accomplish something that will make us happy. Mostly, we do not know what makes us happy and that really is seventy-five percent of the battle.
Franka knows what she wants and I have all the confidence in the world that her dream will come true. Especially when she has someone like Barbara to support her. Choosing a friend/partner/lover is insanely important. If you choose wisely your life is grand. Poorly, then it can be the opposite.
We have something brewing over here at expatNERD. We have been thinking quite actively on what the next step will be. We are almost a year in publishing these comics that poke fun at the comic book industry albeit in a positive light. And I really cannot believe that. What started out as Franka and I just sort of spit-balling and really wondering if we had something to say, to forty, count them, FORTY comics later. That is quite the accomplishment and I am forever in Franka’s debt. I really enjoy producing these things and I hope you enjoy reading them.
Perhaps these are what dreams are made of?
