Considering that this officially marks the very special first appearance of my own girlfriend, I thought it would be more than appropriate to jump in on this week’s post!

Yes, I have a girlfriend and I mentioned her when I told Marv about my shelving problem. Which I can happily say totally worked.

When significant others meet the other people in our lives, we sometimes are concerned, because you may have that fear that there just won’t be a large enough of clicking involved. Thankfully, Curt solves this problem for us by buying, and loving, the DC Comics crossover event of 1988 Millennium that ended up being weird. I mean there were a few nice things in there, mainly in the crossover titles…but not in the actual Millennium itself. Nothing against those creators because making comics is hard. I mean I guess the intention was good but the editors missed the mark on that one.

    Trotzdem.

Back to the issue at hand, the first interaction went quite well and Barb’s confusion can be justified because saying something like Curt has irreparable brain damage is something I would say.

    Doch?

    13 – Comic Book Ninja

And the cast of characters in this epic webcomic continues to increase in number that will achieve greatness and become one of the best team books in the history of the universe!

Seriously, I am very excited to see the return of Comic Book Ninja. And you must ask return? That is right because CBN and I are familiar with each other, and you will have to return next to week to get the full story. This is the beginning of a grand yarn that should entertain in the weeks to come and bring us right into spring!

And to end, if you have not read the incredible Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis run on Justice League, which turned into Justice League International, which turned in Justice League America, do so. The issues are still very affordable in the back issue bin and DC Comics have also collected them in some nice Omnibus editions. Also, there is a wonderful podcast, called the BWAH-HA-HA podcast, that dives into all these issues and acts as a incredible companion piece.
